I read something recently in which someone suggested that, like her much mediated daughter, Sarah Palin was also marriage by shotgun. In other words, Sarah Palin also engaged in premarital sex (something she is purportedly against) forcing her and high school sweetheart, Todd, to elope.
Not sure where the wedding occurred. In a “house of god?” Vegas?

April 20, 1989 – Track Palin born (though there is some confusion over this)
August 29, 1988 – Sarah and Todd Palin elope
July 20, 1988 – Nine months prior to Track Palin’s birth
