New Track
29 December 2009 in SoundBeen recording a bit… here is a little sampling of some of the stuff I’ve been working on.
Recorded live with a small four channel Behringer mixer acting as a no-input mixer sent to a large Mackie mixer with several channels of effect loops running to several other channels. The “rhythms” and “tempos” are altered slightly by changing levels of equalization and input throughout the first part of the piece before the effects are brought in to eventually take over the “organic” rhythm. I sort of sounds to me like a bizarre drum circle of analog hippie aliens in the forrest of a two dimensional world somewhere. The abrupt ending was done by simply unplugging the inputs.
Also really wanted to re-experiment with Drop.io as an audio-sharing tool. Wish the background wasn’t white
